Bethel Baptist Church is founded on the Scriptures alone and uses the New Testament as its authority for faith (doctrine) and practice.   Our purpose is to maintain a center of Christian life, fellowship, influence and worship in the community and to spread the Gospel Message throughout the world by support of missionaries.    Our church is an Independent Baptist Church meaning we are not a member of any council, convention or a part of any hierarchy outside the local congregation.  

We are located in Denton, NC at the corner of Hwy 109 and Klopman Mill Rd.  We have Sunday School for everyone and begins at 10:00 a.m.  Morning worship starts at 11 a.m. which consists of announcements, singing of traditional church hymns followed by the pastor's sermon.  A separate children's church is provided for age 4 thru grade 1.  Nursery is provided for each service for infants thru age 3.   Sunday evening services begin at 6:30 p.m.. Wednesday evening services begin at 7:00 pm with classes for age 4 - grade 5 in the Fellowship building classroom.  Adult bible study is also in the Fellowship building.  The youth, grade 6 thru 12 meets in the youth room in the church basement.  Nursery is provided if needed.
